UK and Ireland RIB dealer Berthon is currently recruiting for a new RIB production manager to arrange import, fit out and handover of Gemini RIBs and other small boats.

The successful applicant will be based in Lymington, Hampshire and will be an organised production manager reporting to the directors. They will also incorporate lean management techniques including Six Sigma to improve productivity and reduce waste.
