Call for RORC Entry into Female Offshore Mediterranean Two-Handed Championship

The RORC invites applications for the Female Offshore Mediterranean Two-Handed Championship to be raced in the one-design Beneteau Figaro3.

RORC members and non-members of any age are eligible for the championship. Sailors can apply as an individual or as a pair.

As a minimum, RORC need applicants to be able to demonstrate sufficient experience so that the RORC have confidence in their ability to race a high-performance racing boat short-handed.

Riccardo Simoneschi, Chairman of the Marina Militare Nastro Rosa Tour, has confirmed an entry for the Royal Ocean Racing Club as a free charter and regatta entry.

The Female Offshore Mediterranean Two-Handed Championship by RAN 630 is organised by Yacht Club Livorno from 20th April – 1st May 2023.

The 630nm race starts and finishes in Livorno Tuscany with marks off the Italian islands of Sardinia and Capri.
