Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council have issued new Beach Bye-Laws in relation to the beaches of Booterstown, Blackrock, Seapoint, Sandycove, Forty Foot, the Ramparts/Hawks Cliff, White Rock, Killiney and Corbawn Lane, coming into force on 27th July 2009. A copy is available for inspection at the Council's office on Marine Road or available for download
