Are you in need of crew? Or, are you in need of a home on the water? Then look no further, the inaugural Royal St George Crew Match Party will be held tonight, Tuesday, 6th July at 7.30pm for skippers and crew in need.

Whether you are a RSGYC Member or not you are most welcome to join us at the inaugural RSGYC CREW MATCH PARTY:

* An evening for owners/skippers to meet and recruit potential crew for the season
* An opportunity for crew to make contact with owners and/or skippers
* Swap experiences and compare skills with other sailors

What to Bring
* Crew should bring along a copy of their sailing CV to hand out including contact details
* Owners and skippers should have information on their yachts and requirements

So, come along for a beer - or two! - and complimentary finger food tonight at 7.30pm.

How did last night go? Were you over-run with prospective crews and owners/skippers?

There were 38 people in attendance - a great turn out for the first event - and most found a match or matches.

This event will definitely be repeated - watch this space!

Just saw this thread now. What a brilliant idea and it obviously works.
There are so many boats lying dejected in Marinas and one of the commonest complaints is lack of enthusialtic crew.
