Description

Engine: Lister TS3 Marine Diesel, 3 cylinder, 1.9 - 30hp at 2600 rpm aircooled, with accustic insulation and silencer Engine solid mounted with flexible coupling Huerth HBW125 mechanical gearbox with 2:1 reduction Last serviced Feb 2009. The hull is fitted with 4 magnesium sacrificial anodes which were replaced in 2008. Lower hull sides coated with bitumen paint (new coating 10/2008) Superstructure: Superior quality marine paint, red, blue, white cabin top (repainted 10/2008) Traditional signwriting, aft & side doors are traditionally painted, bow carries white panels either side of stem post, counter carries red & white panels. Ballast: The underfloor space contains concrete slab ballast Insulation: The cabin is insulated by polystyrene foam slab behind all external linings Decks: Forward cockpit and aft deck are of steel and are self draining The forward cockpit is protected by cratch. Fitted tonneau cover (supported by removable hoops) protects aft cockpit Access to the engine compartment us through Hexagrip- faced ply panel, which sits on self-draining bearers. 2+2 berths, permanent double (master cabin), & convertable double on bed setee in saloon. Wilsons free standing bed setee (new in 2004) in saloon Water System: 120 gallons stainless steel water tank, automatic water pump with accumulator tank H&c supply to 37inx20in ivory sink & drainer unit in galley and to toilet compartment. Water heating by Paloma gas heater, part conceald behind mahogany fascia (spare water heater unit available) Cabin heating: Alde Gas Boiler (3 radiators) and Squirrel Solid Fuel Stove Gas supply: 2x 13kg propane gas cylinder + 1x 13kg spare bottle Fitting -Out: Linings: Hull sides are lined in sapele-faced ply, cabin sides in parana pine t&g boards, Deckhead in oak faced ply set in transverse routed mahogany beams with sapele edge service ducts, Bulkheads are in sapele faced blockboard Furniture: All custom made, is based on sapele-faced blockboard, with beaded paneiling, oak cappings Floor: mahogany wood parquett flooring (new in 2007)
